- Each property may choose Bronze, either Silver package, or Gold.
- Accounts must be active and scheduled in the same neighborhood service window.
- Discounts do not stack. The maximum savings is $25 per property, per month.
- If neighborhood participation changes, pricing adjusts on the next billing cycle.

Service scope
Weekly scheduled visits are included in every monthly plan. Trapping and burrow services depend on the selected tier.
Nest or egg removal, unusually extensive burrow work, added traps, and extended trapping are quoted separately. Seawall, foundation, and other structural repairs are not included.
Prefer a one-time visit?
Individual residential removal has a $50 service call, plus $25 per iguana measuring 24 inches or under, or $50 per iguana measuring 25 inches or over. Total length includes the tail.
